I also tried to phone the numbers given but couldn't get through and suspected the English may not be too good anyway. I have made a booking through Venere for a double room for my wife and self from 10th to 16th June. I really wanted a balcony and wouldn't mind paying a bit more if that was possible but it doesn't look as if you have a double with balcony.
